My Mum always put a pad of cotton wool soaked in Witch Hazel when we had our bumps and bruises.

Arnica gel is good. Are we talking lovebites here?!! If so, toothpaste draws them out a wonder. Honestly, try it.
Ice packs, vitamin E oil speeds up the healing and repairing process
just use lotion, it works for me

well you have to mix windex salt and either aloe vera or lotion in a small bottle it may seem gross but just spray the liquid on and the bruises will go away quickly!!!!!!

You can try using Realteal Massage Oil. It promotes healing and disappearance of bruising
apply pressure on them. i know that sounds like itll hurt, and it will, but it makes the blood go elsewhere and helps, trust me! and theres always Arnica.
