Has anyone heard of a product called Whipped Cream Stabilizer?

I used to get it at Verna's Cake Decorating shop in Camb Ma. Its the only thing I found that makes perfect whipped cream frosting..I have tried other things from other places and its not the same. The shop has closed and I don't know how to get it! Some one help! Does anyone remember the shop or know where they got the product from?Has anyone heard of a product called Whipped Cream Stabilizer?
I am a former chef and if you cannot find it, try using a bit of icing sugar and a dab of cornstarch, the stabilzers is a starch and sugar blend, to prevent it from ';weeping';, this when after the cream has been whipped the water and the milk solids separte, the stabilzer keeps them together, if you can find a German or Polish deli/grocery store they have a similar product called ';Whipping Cream Stiffener'; made by the German company Oetker, check are the te Cambridge/Boston area, I have not been in awhile, I worked for Baystate Seafoods, Canadian branch for a shot time in the 1980's and was at ther main operation at the wharf for 3 days.Has anyone heard of a product called Whipped Cream Stabilizer?
