I really want to have smooth legs.. but I cant seem to find a good hair removal product that works.. and I dont want to use nair because it always had bad effects.

Try Veet. In my opinion it's better than Nair. You can also try waxing if you want to. I'd recommend Sally Hansen wax strips and Veet wax strips. They're a lot easier to use and way less messy.
