breast are muscles so i don't know why you think a cream would do anything, that is just a waste of your money, you can however without having surgery do some exercises that will build the muscle,,





you put both your palms together and push, you will feel the under part of your breast move, do this for a while and then move your arms up higher and you will get the hang of it and you will feel and see your breast move





this will work if you keep it up on a daily basis, i am 44 years old and i never wear a bra, and i also had 2 children and my breast do not hang, they are very firm and that is due to this exercise i do daily, it keeps the muscle firm
