Has anyone tried Philosophy save me or help me products? Vitamin A cream?

Are they any good? Or am I better off just getting pure vitamin A cream? My aunt swears by it and she looks amazing. No zits or wrinkles. And if so how would I get a doctor to perscribe it? I'm only 25.Has anyone tried Philosophy save me or help me products? Vitamin A cream?
