Are there any animal derived products in the ingredients of Lay Sour Cream and onion potato chips except diary

We heard from the company that Lays Sour Cream and Onion Potato chips contain whey that is derived from animal sources. Is this true? Are there any animal derived products in the ingredients of Lay Sour Cream and onion potato chips except diary
Whey is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained in the process of making cheese. But also beware of ''lard'' (animal fat) on the package. Are there any animal derived products in the ingredients of Lay Sour Cream and onion potato chips except diary
Well, now. I am not sure. But, all you have to do is check the ingredients, and, call the 1-800 # and ask them. There are 2 ways to contact them........either call 1-800-555-1212, or call 1-800-free-411. Try the first # . Good luck. And let me know too. Let us all know. Who wants to eat anything that has been tested on animals first? Right? so, let us know. Thanx, Lauren............p.s. It is spelled Dairy, not Diary........no prob, we all make mistakes.........just watch that crazy movie Borat!
