please provide linksWhat products are algae in? ive heard theres algae in conditioner and ice cream but what else?
Algae is used in lots of different food and cosmetic products.

It is used as a thickening agent.

Brown algae is used to suspend particles in syrup/liquids etc, like in chocolate milk it is used to suspend the chocolate in the milk so it doesn't all settle at the bottom.

Agar is used as a thickener and a gel/jelly. Good as a vegetariian jello/jelly base. As is carrageenan.

It would take too long to write down everything it is in, just look on the ingredient list of many packaged food. You may have to look up food addivtive numbers for your country online. Eg in NZ, agar is number 406 and carrageenan is 407
