Curl cream? Or other non heat, waving products?

First off i have pretty straight hair naturally, although i have lots of layers so that gives my hair some slight wave when I dont do anything to it. Would a curl cream give me more wavy / curly hair or is there another produc that will?? Thanks xCurl cream? Or other non heat, waving products?
If you wash your hair then scrunch hair moose into it, let it dry and you'll have really nice curls in your hair, it doesnt take long either.

I use Herbal Essence Totally Twisted for my hair and then I use V05 Curvaceous Curls Mousse and then use a diffuser and hair spray, BUT a lady I work with said that using mousse with Pantene smoothing lisser and mixing it with your moose and then using the diffuser makes it Really curly, her hair is beautiful. And when you are diffusing it don't touch it with you hands, only when you are putting the mousse in it, then ONLY use the diffuser don't 'scrunch' it while you are using the diffuser, the oil on your hands messes it up.

i have straight hair with a lot of layers to so i use herbal escence dangeresly straight shampoo conditioner and stuff u put in after u wash ur hair it makes my hair really straight and iv also tryed using herbal escence curl enchanter and it dosnt work so jst use the straight stuff
