Yes it sure does.
Sherberts basic ingredient is milk and then there is rosewater and some red juice. I personally use the Redman Juice available in my country. If you鈥檙e using sweetened milk like the condensed milk you don鈥檛 need to add sugar. But if you鈥檙e using fresh or milk powder you need to add sugar as well. Ofcause there are a lot of variations you can make such as vermicelli, nuts etc etc
i think it does just not as much as ice cream.
