This is not the exact answer you are seeking; BUT this is what I know from personal use: Buy the cheapest product with the highest amount of USP progesterone...now that means the one with USP progesterone listed as close to the first ingredient as possible ...why you ask? Well, the powers that be made all the people selling ';natural'; products stop listing the exaxct amount of USP progesterone in the product being sold...scent and emollients make the price higher; but it is the USP amount that does what needs to be done in order to feel what needs to be felt..





BTW: wild yam(mexican or otherwise) cannot be transmitted dermally into any sort of progesterone the human body can make use of because the molecules are too big...
